Having spent the last 15 years in Manatee County, living and working in the area, Chelsea Oelker wanted a way to share her love for the community and lifestyle with others. A strong background in marketing and business, real estate was a natural choice to combine her skills and passions.
Chelsea has spent the majority of her adult life in Bradenton and Anna Maria Island as well as much of her youth visiting the area. She also spent several years in Georgia and north Florida. Chelsea attended the University of South Florida while living in Bradenton where she met her husband-to-be. She joined her husband’s marketing agency business and is studying Nonprofit Management with a concentration in social media and online communities at Northeastern University.
In hers and her husband’s business, she was the Chief Operating Officer over the marketing division, helping companies develop and expand their brands. Chelsea uses her extensive experience in marketing and development to help sellers capitalize on the attractive features of their listing and to determine the specific needs and preferences of buyers purchasing their dream home.
After a decade of walking the beaches of Anna Maria Island, Chelsea’s family is now happily settled in northwest Bradenton, enjoying the beautiful scenery of DeSoto National Memorial Park and Robinson Preserve with her husband and their daughter. She is committed to supporting local health, special needs and business causes including The Florida Restaurant & Lodging Association, American Marketing Association, Manatee Chamber of Commerce, and Manatee Community Foundation. For four year, Chelsea has passionately served on the PACE Center for Girls’ board, and also serves on their Capital Campaign Committee.
